Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate both the needs of our clients and the operational requirements of our service provider. We understand that plans change, and we aim to provide a fair system for cancellations. Clients may cancel their appointment without penalty or charge if they do so at least 36 hours before the scheduled service time. If a client cancels or no shows within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment, they will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of their scheduled service. Our cancellation policy ensures we can manage our schedule efficiently and compensate our service providers fairly for their time. We encourage clients to inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule to avoid incurring any charges.
